Matt Kilmartin (sometimes writing under the name Matt Starr) is an aspiring writer from West Haven, Connecticut who started at the bottom and… well, stayed for a while. He has not been published previously, but actively seeks out publishers of short fiction willing to take a chance on his odd views of comedy, philosophy and the human drama. Mr. Kilmartin is currently working on a few works of prose he hopes to have published and at one point his foot itched so bad he scratched it with a hairbrush.
