Tracy has a BS in Political Science, with a minor in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Education. She obtained both degrees from Quincy University in Quincy, IL, is a former member of the National Writers Association, and former president of the Quincy Writers' Guild, a local writers' group. In 2001, 'LovewordsEzine' published her short story 'IndiaFalls.' Tracy is also a member of the Illinois State Poetry Society. Last year three of her poems were published in The Poet's Pen. Tracy has written several short stories, including stories for children, and is currently seeking representation for her novel, 'Luther's Cross' and working on a new manuscript.
